February 11, 2004... We've made a few cosmetic changes to the website. Some rates have been adjusted, particularly UTA, PT-1 Gold, and a few countries with TCC Pro Asia. Our free PIN giveaway program has changed. Instead of 5 members (orders) being drawn at random each month, we now offer a free phone card PIN of your choice when you refer 5 new members to us. See the details Here If you didn't already know, you'll find that we are now providing you access to many, many more prepaid phone cards. Along with those on our home page,a whole warehouse of phone cards are available here. As always, we thank all of our wonderful customers for your business!

If, having been authorized as a member of PhoneCardsMart and having received your initial first-time authorization, you are experiencing a delay in receiving your PIN(s), please login to your account and click on the PIN History link located in the menu under the Welcome! banner. Here, you will be able to view all PINs purchased for the past 90 days. Also, please check with your isp or email provider to make certain their email filters are not blocking our emails.

We've added a new card from IDT. UME is ideal for calling within the U.S. (1.9¢), to Mexico (5.5¢ to 9.8¢), and many European countries (2.5¢ to 3.3¢). Lots of other good country rates too. January 2, 2003...
Regarding members using PayPal as your payment method, please note that your fulfillment may be delayed anytime PayPal servers are experiencing heavy traffic. Our system relies on the PayPal server to post its verification of each purchase to our server before a member's PIN is actually released from our system. Please understand that we have no control over this server response from PayPal. December FREE PIN Giveaway Winners will be announced by January 7th.
December 18,2002...
Rates recently increased to China for all providers. Until we are provided with updated, accurate rates from our vendors, we have removed the available minutes to China for any card we are uncertain of. We understand that this increase will be temporary and rates to China should decrease considerably again.
Rates and connection fees have increased slightly for the USA Calling Card. See the new $10 rates and the new $20 rates.
We are planning to add a new card within the next couple of weeks which will offer more minutes to european countries as well as within the US. No connection fees.
We added a new card, Vatan, which offers extremely good rates and minutes to Bangladesh, India, and many middle eastern countries. Some special holiday rates are in effect until further notice.  The UTA Phone Card has issued new rates for all countries it provides access to. Click on the UTA image and you will be taken to the product information page. From there, scroll down the page and click on the Rate Details Link to see the entire country rate deck.
