What you are purchasing

PhoneCardsMart, LLC, is a reseller of popular, name brand, prepaid, long distance phone cards. To make it possible for you to receive your phone card instantly, we process this information to you virtually, via email, which is known as your fulfillment, immediately following your secure payment.

Regarding members using PayPal as your payment method, please note that your fulfillment may be delayed anytime PayPal servers are experiencing heavy traffic. Our system relies on the PayPal server to post its verification of each purchase to our server before a member's PIN is actually released from our system. Please understand that we have no control over this server response from PayPal.

Based upon your chosen phone card, immediately following your payment, you will receive an email notification (fulfillment) containing:

1. The name of the phone card(s) purchased.
2. The toll-free telephone number(s) to access the service.
3. Your Personal Identification Number(s), (PINs) or PIN code(s).
4. The toll-free telephone number of the Customer Service Department for the phone card(s) you were issued.

Create your account

In order to obtain a phone card, you must become a member of our web site. You are first required to fill out and submit the electronic New User Form located at New Account. Immediately after creating your new user account, you will be directed to place your first order with us.

To qualify as a member, you must meet the following criteria:

1. You must verify that you are a United States resident at least 18 years of age.
2. You must use a valid U.S. credit card (MasterCard or VISA only are accepted), a valid U.S. checking account or a valid U.S. PayPal account as your payment method.
3. You must agree to and accept our Terms of Service.
4. You must apply for membership using your U.S.A. Internet Service Provider (ISP) assigned email address. No international nor public domain accounts such as Hotmail, Yahoo, etc, will be allowed for initial membership signup.

Based upon confirmation of the New User and Payment information you provide us, you will receive an email notification from us shortly thereafter (normally within 24 hours, with the exception of new users paying by check, which can be validated only during regular banking hours and days). This notification will inform you of either:

1. Your acceptance as a member of our web site, followed by an additional fulfillment email containing full details of the phone card you ordered - toll-free access number(s), PIN(s) and Customer Service telephone number(s).

Or,

2. Your denial as a member of our web site because of incomplete, inaccurate, or unacceptable information you provided to us.

Members

As a member, you may purchase a phone card anytime you like, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, receiving instant email notification (fulfillment) containing the details of the phone card(s) purchased. No waiting, simply login, place your order, and within moments you can be placing phone calls to anywhere in the world.

As a member, you agree to keep your membership information (credit card, banking, and PayPal) up to date. You may make modifications, including change in email address (any email address is acceptable at this point).

Should you ever lose or forget your password and become locked out of your account, you may retrieve your password at any time.

You further agree to be solely responsible for your member login details, and be solely responsible for any phone cards purchased through your membership at PhoneCardsMart, whether or not you authorized the purchase of such phone cards.

If at anytime your bank returns a check for payment to us unpaid for ANY reason, including insufficient funds, stop payment, etc., you agree to authorize us to debit your checking account for the payment amount, plus a returned check fee in the amount of $25.00.

If at anytime you have your bank issue a chargeback to your credit card used for purchases of phone cards from our website or, if at anytime you dispute a payment issued to us from your PayPal account, and such action breaks these terms of service, to which you have agreed, you will be bound to all legal consequences, as well as our costs for collection against you, including attorney fees, court costs and interest.

If at anytime we suspect illegal activity within your account, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your membership without notice.

Using your phone card

Dial the toll-free access number provided in your fulfillment email. Voice prompts will guide you through the dialing process of entering your PIN, then entering your destination phone number. Please read our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ), located at Frequently Asked Questions, for additional information regarding phone card usage. Specific dialing instructions pertaining to the card you purchase will be located within your fulfillment email.

Each time you place a call you will be told the remaining dollar balance of your PIN. A tone alerts you with a one-minute warning before your PIN expires (is used up). PINs are not renewable, or rechargeable. You may purchase additional phone cards when, or before, you need to make additional phone calls.

All prepaid phone card PINs you purchase from our web site will expire 90 days from your purchase date.

No refunds, returns or exchanges for the phone cards purchased through PhoneCardsMart,LLC. All sales are final upon payment.

Limited Guaranty

As various network providers produce the phone cards we sell, we do not have control over the billing or accuracy of their services. Relative to the network providers phone cards, we do not guarantee their rates, minutes, fees, quality of calls, billing procedures, services or other actions, nor that their systems will be error free or uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected. All advertised rates, minutes, and disclaimers are provided by the applicable network providers for each phone card that we sell.

We have no control over the services granted by network providers of phone cards and, therefore, disclaim any liability or responsibility for such services so granted or issued by such network providers of the phone cards purchased through us, as a reseller of phone cards.

In the event you would be issued an invalid PIN, or the toll-free access number fails, please contact us to remedy the situation.

You agree to hold harmless PhoneCardsMart, LLC from any other liability pertaining to your use of your phone card(s) purchased, including changes in network provider rates or surcharges (which may cause a reduction in the amount of usage time pertaining to the purchased phone card), quality of connections, dropped connections, or difficulties. Should you experience any other problems with your PIN or the phone card you purchased, it is your responsibility to call the toll-free customer service telephone number issued with your PIN to resolve the matter.

We do not tolerate fraud and will prosecute any attempt to the fullest extent of the law!
