Buyers will receive PINs (pin codes), dialing instructions and customer support contact for each PIN# purchased, by email, within 24 hours after your order is received (repeat customers). Prepaid PINs are not returnable, refundable or exchangable. It is the buyers responsibility to contact the customer service department should any problems arise.

Simply mail this order form along with your check, money order, post office check or cashier's check. Your order will be processed the same day received if you are an established customer, or if you pay by money order. First-time customers paying via personal and business checks MAY have their order held for up to 10 business days for bank clearance before cards or PINs are issued (new customers only).
