is if you are calling from a qualified number. So when you use our service
dialing the 800 number you are billed at the local rate. You do not
have to dial any other number to get the lower rate. The National Access
is if you calling from anywhere in the U.S. where local access is not
available.
4. Q. What are my Payment
Options? Answer: The only payment option is Credit Card billing,
except for Corporate(See Corporate Guidelines).
5. Q. What is the Credit
Limit for? Answer: The Credit Limit is the amount of credit
we extend to you for the billing cycle. You are able to choose your
credit limit amount. This is the total amount that can be charge during
your billing cycle.
6. Q. How much to set up
this account? Answer: The Activation fee is $ 1.00 per Pin
Number up to $ 5.00.
7. Q. What is QuickLinQ?
Answer: Speed up the dialing process with QuickLinQ. Here's how it
works:
A) You give us a phone number from where you Place many
of your long-distance calls from.
B) We program your phone number into our system.(Up to 3 Phone Numbers
per Pin)
C) When you dial the toll-free access number to make a call, our system
will automatically recognize your account and enter your 11-digit PIN
for you.

9. Q. Is this a prepaid
calling card? Answer: AccuLinQ is a Postpaid Service. You
only pay for the calls you make and if you do not use our service during
the month there is not a monthly fee.
10. Q. Will I receive
a Bill? Answer: To can receive a paper bill each month for
an additional $ 1.00 each month. This is only charged when you use the
account.
11. Q. Can I view Bills
Online? Answer: You can view your bill online quick and easy.
Call records our updated daily so you can see your call records within
2-3 business days of making the call. This allows you to see what you
are being charged and monitor your account.
12. Q. When can I start
using my account? Answer: You will receive your Information
Packet with 7-10 business days.
13.Q. How can I get my Pin Number?
Answer: Your Pin Number will be mailed to you.
14. Q. What are the Local
Access Numbers? Answer: You dial the same 800 anywhere in
the US and if you are in a local access area you are billed the lower
rate.
15. Q. How do I get my
password for Web Billing?Answer: Go
to Customer Login and click on Get My Password. Put in
your 7 Digit Account number(Phone Number Without area code) or email
address and your password will be sent to the email address on file.
16. Q. Are there any Surcharges,
Connection Fees or Hidden charges? Answer: We charge a $ 1 monthly billing fee charged only when you have usage. Also, there is a 30 cent per call fee when you make a call from a pay phone.
17. Q. What is the Payphone
Fee For? Answer: The FCC requires us to reimburse the payphone
Owners. This is 30 Cents per call from a payphone.

fee? Answer: In May of 1997, the Federal Communications Commission
(FCC) adopted rules that mandated that telecommunications carriers pay
into a federal program called the Universal Service Fund (USF). This
fund helps provide affordable telecommunications services for low-income
customers and customers in rural areas. It also provides discounts on
Internet access for eligible schools, libraries and rural health care
providers. The USF is collected from telecommunications carriers and
administered by the Universal Service Administration Corporation. They
are responsible for disbursing the funds according to eligibility criteria
established by the FCC.
